“This program will allow us to scale up to 300 contact tracers. It includes two tracks of programs, one would be a three-day training program for people with a bachelor’s degree in some kind of political health background and the other would be a three-month program which would take people from lower level and prepare them to become contact tracers,” University of Hawaii President David Lassner said.
